Just like the computer models allows us see how a design may vary from any angle, the computer model allows us to survey different energy use in different designs.
An often over-looked aspect of green building is the reutilization of materials. At JSA, we specify and have a responsibility to use materials in an effective and beautiful way. Not only does reusing old materials avoid the toxic chemicals used in the manufacturing process, but gives a second chance for materials to be used in a new way.
