The featured home of "Dream homes, Coastal California", this home sits on what was deemed an "Unbuildable lot" in the hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The design utilizes the slope of the lot to create a four tiered house with windows in every room, each with a postcard view of the ocean. The house is a functional blend of modern design and "wabi-sabi" which tackles a difficult design problem with ease.
