This is an example of a submittal package for Design Review and Tentative Map approval for subdivision. These graphics were accompanied at City meeting with live use of a computer model. This allowed for areas of concerned to be addressed quite clearly.
This project went from submittal to subdivision/design review approval in 4 months.
